CAMEROON ATHLETES HAVE SHOWCASED THE “TOGHU” AT THE RIO GAMES
CAMEROON IAN ATHLETES HAVE MODELLED THE TOGHU AT RIO GAMES
The Toghu is an will forever be Cameroon’s most popular and colourful traditional and cultural attire symbolic of the countries diverse cultural background and rich cultural heritage. The Toghu is making its second round on international television after first making its first international debut at the 2012 London summer Olympic games. The athlete who carried the national flag of Cameroon during the opening Ceremony of the Rio games did the country proud. He accessorised the symbolic outfit with a red traditional hat with matching red loafers to compliment the flat and costume. This makes me proud to be Cameroonian once more.
Thank you for stopping by the post What Cameroon Athletes Wore To Rio Games. Do you think the Cameroon Sports association should change the attire in the next international games the country will be representing?
