WHO SAYS PRINTS ARE JUST FOR SUMMER?
Bonjour, My name is Hilda alias MammypI. I hail from Mutengene/Cameroon and live in the Fashionpolitan city of London. I am an IT analyst by day and a fashion analyst in my spare time.
I decided to start a new column Mammypi’s Exclusive so I could showcase my personal style and inspire other young girls and guys particularly from Cameroon as I think Cameroonian women are underrepresented in the media. Setting the way for the next generation to know they can use the media to express themselves and also expand Cameroon’s Social kraken.
We often worry about what to wear maybe for an interview, a birthday party or maybe just what to wear to chill at home. Feeling the pinch, I get a guilt free shopping for an autumn date for under £50 paired with a couple of forgotten pieces from the wardrobe and there you have my fashion fix.
After a long grey day at work, I thought why not throw some lovely colours on and create a bright and enchanting look. I decided to go for the multi colour print shift dress paired with my electric blue clutch and pumps. The clutch and pumps are more than three years old but always come in handy from time to time.
As we all know, nothing screams autumn like a chic new cover up which is the reason I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this white long sleeve pocket coat from SheInside. The classic white coat is a perfect piece that never goes out of style but we always reinvent new ways to wear it. I love the fact it is loose in front and I can show off what is underneath and it sits beautifully on the body.
The cut is great the fitting is perfect and even though the colour is delicate you can pair the coat with any other colours of your choice.
