Lux Afrique Polo Day 2019 took place at the Ham Polo Club in Richmond, London. The elaborate event celebrated everything luxury and extravaganza and the regal spirit of Africa. While guest to the Polo Day event strutted their stuff in luxury African designs, event organisers served them to live performances, African food tasting and more.
Some of the high profile guest to the event we spotted include TV presenter, model and activist Amal Fashanu. In fact, Sinitta Malone was also there and we got to spend time with her chatting and laughing. And then Kefilwe Mabote from South Africa stood out in her blue and orange power suit. Not to mention Deborah Ababio executive assistant to British Vogue editor Edward Enninful particularly showing off her afro curls.

That is exactly what our style girl, designer and presenter Amal Fashanu did to achieve this look. Voila!

Of course, the highlight of the polo day for me was not only spending time with my brother but seeing how beautiful the event was and the stunning African print outfits. Also, seeing loads of celebrities and influencers and the power of coming together as a community made everything seem right.
