From going to bed, waking up in the morning, eating, doing physical exercises, it has become even more critical to have a personal daily routine. After precisely two weeks working from home, it’s not been comfortable adjusting to quarantine lifestyle.

At the very beginning, it was all fun and games. The government had not yet issued an official statement imposing a national lockdown to control the spread of COVID-19. That meant, people still had the liberty of movement. Public service businesses like gyms, cinemas, restaurants and pubs were still open and running.

While everyone is currently at home for the last few weeks and the lockdown is in full effect, many people are taking up new activities to add to their routine. From indoor workout and cooking, there are several activities that can occupy us for most of the day.

As we all continue to muddle through these strange and unprecedented times, it’s essential to keep ourselves occupied during the coronavirus outbreak. While quarantined maybe by yourself or with family, try as much as you can to keep a well structured daily planner. There are plenty of free apps you can download to organise and plan your daily and weekly routines. It could be as simple as reading a book for 30 minutes a day, write a poem or maybe keep a journal documenting your personal experiences. Why not use this opportunity to do some clear-out and also put your entire wardrobe in order.

Exercise Regularly
