HOW TO STYLE A TWO PIECE AFRICAN PRINT OUTFIT LIKE CYNTHIA TABE
Meet Cameroon’s notorious PR guru Cynthia Tabe best Known as Cynthia Can. The London based PR guru is not only known for her public relations and advertising work with some of Cameroon’s top celebrities but her unique sense of timeless style. On Saturday 15th October 2016, I met the defiant, funky, edgy and pretty Cameroonian lady Cynthia in one of London’s busy underground stations. We were headed for The Labels fashion Show.
Upon receipt of the runway invite, I had not read the memo on dress code. I came looking comfy for the weather. Wearing a black leather pant, red lace top, with a fur-cape coat paired with peep toe boots for the weather. When I met up with Cynthia, I was full of fashion envy. Her outfit had an ethical influence with modern basics. She wore her two-piece fun African print mini crop top and a full on the skirt, boxy leather jacket in such a bold and colourful way. Accessorising with a black beret and sharp pointed toe ankle heel boot in black leather that brought in some vintage glamour. Cynthia wore a bright red lipstick to accentuate her well-contoured cheekbones and brows.
