Who doesn’t love a great wedding invite and a beautiful bridal inspiration? It’s almost summertime which means wedding season and time for some to walk down the aisle and say “I do”. On a recent trip to Nigeria, Mercy Joyce Ashu Arrah made a brief stop in La Star Beauty studios.
Mercy is currently Miss Cameroon 2018 1st runner-up and Miss Africa Beauty Queen. The beauty pageant joined forces with La Star Beauty and Jumai Empire for a bridal-inspired photo shoot.
Mercy looks impeccable in a contemporary bridal dress and wearing her natural hair in a puff. La Star beauty gave the model a semi-natural beauty look. Traditionally, the bride’s beauty look is kept almost natural with a little emphasis on the cheeks and eyes. Different from weave wearing brides, the blushing bride wears her natural hair in a frontways puff.
If you are a bride-to-be who loves the simplicity yet elegance, this look is for you. The wedding dress is a mix of lace and tulle with small diamond stones covered all over for a lux effect. Also, the sheer long sleeved is covered in floral designs for some drama.
